The Process

Six steps. One signature.

Step 01

The Assessment

Forensic walkthrough. Every panel, every gap, every component documented. Insurance adjusters get a report they can defend.

  • 12mm
    rocker dent
  • suspension toe
  • 8 panels
    out of tolerance
  • 320 µm
    factory paint depth

Step 02

The Disassembly

Every body panel removed. What insurance estimates miss — frame stress, hidden fractures, suspension misalignment — we find here.

  • Front bumper
  • Hood
  • Quarter panel
  • Door skin

Step 03

The Diagnosis

Carbon-weave-level inspection. We mark damage, plan repairs, and decide what gets restored versus replaced. Factory tolerances are the only standard.

  • 0.4mm
    micro-fracture
  • ΔE 1.8
    paint variance
  • weld
    factory line — preserved
  • 85 µm
    primer thickness

Step 04

The Paint

Same paint codes the factory uses. Same primer process. Same clear coat depth. Same gloss level. Layered, not sprayed.

  • Bare metal
  • Primer
    85 µm
  • Base coat
    60 µm
  • Clear coat
    55 µm
  • Polish
    factory

Step 05

The Reassembly

Every panel torque-spec installed. Every gap measured against factory data. The car doesn't leave until it's right.

  • 32 Nm
    torque-spec
  • 47 Nm
    torque-spec
  • 18 Nm
    torque-spec
  • 62 Nm
    torque-spec
  • 3.2 mm
    gap
  • 3.1 mm
    gap
  • factory spec
    gap

Step 06

The Return

Restored. Refreshed. Returned with a complete record and a written warranty. Welcome home.
